The 23 Q Power of Life team and 752 Q Transition Center debated to finish up Round One this morning for the district. It was a heated debate, with Ms. Churchin’s team at 23 debating members of her “old” team who have moved on to the Queens Transition Center. It was emotional all around, with 23 Q eeking out the win. We look forward to seeing everyone in the Second Round in January. Check back next week for the new topic, calendar, photos and recordings from Round One. Have a great weekend everyone!
17 X has stepped up to take the challenge. They will debate 10 X on December 8 for the Middle Schools. By results of the random drawing, 23 Q will take on 753 K on December 17th for the High Schools. Good luck to everyone!
We have an odd number of Middle School and High School teams this year so….. we are holding a random drawing online to determine who will debate against P 10 X on Dec 8th and which team will go up against P 752 Q on the 17th. The drawing will take place at 9:30 just after the coin toss on Wednesday, Dec 1st- Next Wednesday. Check back for the results!

368 K eeked out a win over the 771 K Freedom Speakers this morning in a 13- 12 victory in the Middle School Competition. Two more debates this week will determine which team will go home with the 3rd Place trophy. Stay tuned!
